What We Do
Build, integrate, run, grow, advise.
Cloudstruct builds custom software and ecommerce; connects the systems you already run and adds practical AI features; manages what it builds through maintenance, hosting, search, and Google profiles; and runs paid discovery that turns a business problem into a plan and a written quote. We are small on purpose: you get one point of contact, and a small, senior team doing the work, and we take on fewer clients so we can keep them for years.
Founder
Mark Dos Santos
Mark Dos Santos has been building and supporting client systems since 2014, and incorporated Cloudstruct in British Columbia in 2019 to carry that work forward: building custom software, moving it onto better infrastructure, and keeping it running for years afterward. Two of those clients have been with him for more than a decade. His separate advisory practice at markdossantos.ca covers executive-level work such as fractional CTO engagements. Cloudstruct is where projects get scoped, built, integrated, and looked after. Mark has also spent 15+ years leading ecommerce and technology teams in-house; his full background is on LinkedIn.

Fixed, written quotes
Line-item pricing with any contingency shown up front. No open-ended hourly surprises.
30-day warranty
If something we delivered breaks within 30 days of go-live, we fix it at no charge.
You own everything
Code, configs, documentation, and hosting accounts are yours once the work is paid for.
Backups before we touch anything
A full backup or image is taken before work starts on any existing system.
50% to start, 50% at go-live
The balance is due when the work is live, not before.
Changes agreed in writing
Anything outside the agreed scope is quoted separately and approved before it starts.
