Grow · Review Management

More genuine reviews, and a considered reply to every one.

Cloudstruct helps local businesses ask every real customer for a review, drafts responses for your approval, and reports reviews that appear to break Google’s policies through Google’s official process. The aim is a review profile that reflects what customers actually experienced.

We never remove genuine reviews or offer incentivized, gated, or fake reviews; reviews that appear to break Google’s policies (spam, fake, conflict of interest, off-topic) are reported through Google’s official process, and Google decides the outcome.

Who it’s for

  • Local businesses whose reviews go unanswered, or get replies that read like a template
  • Owners who know reviews matter but have no simple way to ask every customer
  • Businesses with reviews that appear to break Google’s policies
  • Operators with several locations that need consistent, approved responses

Every engagement

  • A written quote before any work starts
  • Changes approved in writing before they’re made
  • You own your accounts, code, and content

Who you’ll work with

One point of contact, a team behind it

You get one point of contact from the first call through to ongoing care, with a small, senior team behind them doing the work. We have been building and supporting client systems since 2014, including a franchise’s operations platform and a corporate yoga company’s custom platform, each for more than a decade.

Cloudstruct was founded by Mark Dos Santos, who has also spent 15+ years leading ecommerce and technology teams in-house; his full background is on LinkedIn.

Common questions

How is the cost determined?

By your review volume and number of locations. The Visibility Review is free; after it, you get a written proposal before anything starts. Nothing is billed outside the written quote without your written approval.

Can you remove a bad review?

Not a genuine one. If a review appears to break Google’s policies, such as spam, a fake review, a conflict of interest, or off-topic content, we report it through Google’s official process. Google decides the outcome, and nobody can guarantee it.

How do you get more reviews?

Through a genuine feedback process. Every customer can be asked, you approve the responses, and nothing is bought or incentivized.

Do you guarantee more reviews or a higher rating?

No. We commit to the agreed work and clear reporting on it, not to a number of reviews or a rating.

Do responses go out without our approval?

No. Responses are drafted for your approval and written to sound like your business.

Is there a contract?

Monthly plans have a 3-month minimum, then run month to month.
