Privacy policy

Cloudstruct Systems Ltd. is a Canadian company incorporated in British Columbia. This policy covers cloudstruct.ca. For any privacy question or request, email mark@cloudstruct.ca.

• Enquiry forms. Your name, email address, company or business name, the service you’re interested in, your message, and how you heard about us. The Google Business Profile form also asks for the number of locations, a profile or website address, and a city.
• Analytics. If analytics are enabled, Google Analytics 4 measures visits: pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser, and clicks on booking and email links. It uses cookies, except for visitors in Quebec, the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland, where analytics cookies are off. Google signals and ad personalization are turned off.
• Spam protection. Cloudflare Turnstile checks that forms are sent by a person, using technical information such as your IP address and browser signals. To limit repeated submissions, a one-way hash of your IP address is kept for up to an hour.
• Booking a call. Calls are booked through Calendly, which collects the details you enter there under its own privacy policy.

To reply to your enquiry, prepare a proposal if you ask for one, and understand how the site is used so we can improve it. We don’t add you to mailing lists and we don’t sell personal information.

Cloudflare hosts the site and runs Turnstile, Resend delivers form submissions to our inbox by email, Google provides analytics, and Calendly handles bookings. These providers may process information outside Canada, including in the United States.

Enquiries are kept for as long as we need them to respond and for our business records. Analytics data is kept according to the retention setting in Google Analytics.
