Integrate · Systems Integration

Get your systems talking to each other, so your team stops re-keying data.

Cloudstruct connects the tools your business already runs on: payment providers, ecommerce platforms, email services, ERPs, and your own databases. Integrations are monitored, documented, and maintained after launch, not left to break quietly.

Who it’s for

  • Teams copying the same data between systems by hand
  • Businesses whose store, payments, and accounting each tell a different story
  • Companies adding a payment provider, email service, or platform to an existing system
  • Owners with an old integration nobody understands that still has to keep working

Problems we fix

What usually brings people to us

  • Orders, payments, or customers entered twice and drifting out of sync
  • An integration that fails silently and is only noticed when a customer complains
  • A provider changed its API and something stopped working
  • No one can explain how data moves between your systems

What’s included

What Systems Integration covers

  • An integration map and written plan of where data starts and where it needs to go
  • Payment, email, ecommerce, ERP, and API integrations built against official APIs
  • Data mapping and one-time data migration where needed
  • Retries, error handling, logging, and failure alerts
  • Documentation your team, or the next developer, can follow
  • Ongoing maintenance as providers change their APIs

How it works

From first call to ongoing care

  1. 01

    Map the systems and data

What exists, where data comes from, and what breaks today.

  2. 02

    Agree the plan and quote

A written plan and fixed quote before work starts.

  3. 03

    Build and test the integration

Against official APIs, with retries and error handling.

  4. 04

    Monitor and maintain

Alerts when something fails, and updates as providers change.

How we charge

Fixed written quote

A fixed, written quote for each integration, with optional monthly maintenance afterward.

What the cost depends on

  • The number of systems and data flows
  • The quality of the APIs involved
  • Data clean-up or migration needed first
  • Monitoring and alerting requirements

Every engagement

  • A written quote before any work starts
  • Changes approved in writing before they’re made
  • You own your accounts, code, and content

Who you’ll work with

One point of contact, a team behind it

You get one point of contact from the first call through to ongoing care, with a small, senior team behind them doing the work. We have been building and supporting client systems since 2014, including a franchise’s operations platform and a corporate yoga company’s custom platform, each for more than a decade.

Cloudstruct was founded by Mark Dos Santos, who has also spent 15+ years leading ecommerce and technology teams in-house; his full background is on LinkedIn.

Common questions

How is the cost determined?

By the systems involved, the data flows between them, and the state of their APIs. You get a fixed, written quote before work starts. Nothing is billed outside the written quote without your written approval.

Which systems can you integrate?

Anything with a usable API or data export. Our client work includes Stripe and PayPal payments, SendGrid email, ecommerce platforms, and custom databases. We will tell you up front if a system makes an integration impractical.

What happens when a provider changes its API?

Integrations under a maintenance plan are updated as providers change. Without one, we document everything so your team or another developer can make the change.

Can you fix an integration someone else built?

Yes. We start by reviewing what exists, then fix it, rebuild the fragile parts, or replace it, whichever is the most reliable path.

Who owns the integration code?

You do. Code, configurations, documentation, and hosting and platform accounts are yours once the work is paid for. Accounts stay in your name, and we work through access you grant and can remove at any time.

What happens if it breaks?

Every delivery includes a 30-day warranty: if something we delivered breaks within 30 days of go-live, we fix it at no charge. After that, a maintenance plan covers fixes and monitoring, or you can take the documentation and run it yourself.
