Grow · Shopify & Amazon Management
Your Shopify store and Amazon listings, managed every month.
Cloudstruct manages Shopify stores and Amazon listings month to month: catalogue and listings, updates, monitoring, integrations, and small changes. One team keeps the store and the marketplace accurate, so you can focus on selling.
Who it’s for
- Brands selling on Amazon that need listings and catalogue kept accurate alongside their own store
- Shopify merchants without a developer who need updates, fixes, and small changes handled
- Stores whose inventory, ERP, or fulfillment systems need to stay in sync with the storefront
- WooCommerce and BigCommerce stores that need the same ongoing care
Problems we fix
What usually brings people to us
- Product data, prices, or stock that differ between the store and Amazon
- App and theme updates nobody has time to test
- A checkout that stops working and isn’t noticed for hours
- Too many paid apps adding cost and slowing the store
- Small changes that wait because there’s no one to make them

How we charge
Monthly plan
A monthly plan scoped to your store and marketplaces. Monthly plans have a 3-month minimum, then run month to month. Larger projects are quoted separately so the plan stays predictable.
What the cost depends on
- Catalogue size and how often it changes
- The number of channels (Shopify, Amazon, others)
- Integrations to keep in sync
- Hours set aside each month for changes
Every engagement
- A written quote before any work starts
- Changes approved in writing before they’re made
- You own your accounts, code, and content
Who you’ll work with
One point of contact, a team behind it
You get one point of contact from the first call through to ongoing care, with a small, senior team behind them doing the work. We have been building and supporting client systems since 2014, including a franchise’s operations platform and a corporate yoga company’s custom platform, each for more than a decade.
In an earlier in-house role, Mark led a Shopify POS rollout across 47 retail locations: employed work, not Cloudstruct client work.
Cloudstruct was founded by Mark Dos Santos, who has also spent 15+ years leading ecommerce and technology teams in-house; his full background is on LinkedIn.
Common questions
How is the monthly cost determined?
By your catalogue size, the channels we manage, and the integrations to keep in sync. You get a written proposal before the plan starts. Nothing is billed outside the written quote without your written approval.
What does monthly store management include?
Platform, theme, app, and plugin updates; uptime and checkout monitoring; bug fixes; listing and catalogue updates; and a set amount of time for small changes each month. Larger projects are quoted separately.
Can you take over a store another agency built?
Yes. We start with a short audit of the theme, apps or plugins, and integrations so we know what we are inheriting before the plan begins.
Is there a contract?
Monthly plans have a 3-month minimum, then run month to month.
What do you need from us?
Staff or collaborator access to the store and Seller Central, your product data, and someone to approve changes.
Who owns the store and accounts?
You do. Code, configurations, documentation, and hosting and platform accounts are yours once the work is paid for. Accounts stay in your name, and we work through access you grant and can remove at any time.
How does this relate to Ecommerce Development?
Ecommerce Development builds or migrates the store. This service keeps it, and your Amazon listings, running month to month.
